Operations Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Remote (UK-Based Preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives. This role is integral to maintaining seamless operations, acting as the CEO’s trusted partner to ensure effective time, communication and project management within a fast-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meeting arrangements and international travel logistics

• Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas and follow-up actions

• Draft, review and manage confidential communication and documentation

• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Oversee coordination and execution of key operational and strategic projects

• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate

• Maintain relationships with key vendors and support external service coordination

• Assist with operations across multiple time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• 5+ years supporting C-Suite level executives

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all seniority levels

• Flexible, resilient and able to handle shifting priorities

• Strong discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

• Ability to work evenings/weekends if required

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10–15%
