Role: Full-Time Qualified Nanny (Live-In Initially)
Location: McAllen, Texas
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week (approximately 8/9am-6/7pm)
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 DOE, plus flights and live-in accommodation offered for up to 3 months
Job Description
A High-Net-Worth (HNW) family of four, based in McAllen, TX, with 2.5-year-old twins, is seeking a professional, experienced, full-time qualified nanny. The role will be live-in for the first few months and transition to live-out once the nanny secures her own accommodation. The nanny will take full responsibility for the children’s care, routines, and environments, working collaboratively with other household staff.
Role Responsibilities:
- Planning and supervising daily activities, lessons, and routines for the twins
- Managing all children’s belongings, wardrobes, toys, and equipment
- Maintaining children’s bedrooms and play areas to a high standard
- Supporting age-appropriate learning and developmental milestones
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment at all times
- Using nap times efficiently to organize belongings and prepare for upcoming activities
Candidate Requirements:
- Childcare degree (Montessori or other are highly desired)
- 5+ years of childcare experience
- Proven experience caring for toddlers, ideally twins
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
- Warm, calm, and confident demeanor
- Ability to work independently and within a staffed household
