Role: Part-Time Junior Nanny
Location: McAllen, Texas (Live-in or live-out)
Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week (early mornings, evenings, and weekend hours)

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour DOE ($50,000-$60,000 per annum equivalent)
Job Description
A HNW family of four, based in McAllen, TX, with 2.5-year-old twins, is seeking a part-time junior nanny to support the qualified nanny. This role is ideal for a local candidate, including someone studying childcare, who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a private household setting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing care during early mornings and evenings
- Assisting with daily routines such as getting ready and bedtime
- Supporting the children during transitions and weekend coverage
- Ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
- Assisting with light childcare-related tasks as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Some childcare experience or someone enrolled in childcare studies is highly preferred
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and caring personality
- Reliable, flexible, and punctual
- Ability to work well under the direction of the qualified nanny
