Role: Front of House Manager
Location: Marylebone, London, UK
Salary: £50,000 circa per annum
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am- 6:00pm (occasional evening events)

Achieve Hospitality are partnering with a leading creative studio in Central London seeking an experienced Front of House Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a premium client experience function, ensuring every visitor receives exceptional hospitality and service.
The successful candidate will oversee front-of-house operations, manage a team of Studio Runners, coordinate client hospitality and events, and maintain the highest standards across all client-facing spaces.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the studio’s reception and client services function. You will lead and develop the Runner team, oversee hospitality and catering, manage meeting rooms and client suites, coordinate events, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment for clients, visitors and staff.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage, train and support the Studio Runner team.
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house and client service standards.
- Oversee client hospitality, catering and bespoke requests.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, client suites and communal spaces.
- Plan and support client events and studio functions.
- Manage reception, deliveries, post and supplier relationships.
- Monitor studio supplies and facilities requirements.
- Foster a positive and professional studio culture.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in Front of House, Hospitality or Client Services Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
- A proactive, service-led approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience within luxury hospitality, premium service environments or client-facing operations.
