A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an Assistant Chef to work alongside a Private Chef with Michelin experience for Christmas Day as well as New Years!
The position is based in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
You will be assisting on 25th for 8 – 10 people traditional Christmas dinner at 2PM. (Beef wellington required). Chef to assist something for boxing day too, like an extra wellington to leave for them to be cooked independently the following day.
The chef assistant would ideally leave after tidying-up but they are open to providing accommodation.
Assistant salary would be: £300 - £400 PD + 45 p per mile + Accommodation.
