About
As a dedicated and nurturing childcare professional, I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience working with children from infancy through school age. My background includes daycare support, private nanny roles, and working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. This diverse experience has shaped me into a patient, structured, and intuitive caregiver who adapts to the unique needs of each child.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting newborns with sleep training, bottle-to-solid transitions, and soothing routines, as well as managing the schedules and milestones of energetic toddlers. In my RBT roles, I worked one-on-one with children with autism, helping them improve communication, behavior regulation, and social interaction using evidence-based methods.
I’m CPR and First Aid certified, trained in early childhood development principles, and skilled at maintaining calm, organized routines even in dynamic household settings. Whether supporting a busy family during travel or implementing a consistent daily structure at home, I bring a mix of warmth, creativity, and professionalism to every role. My ultimate goal is to create safe, enriching environments where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
