My name is David Canady I’ve been cooking professionally since 2010. I’m familiar with most cuisines; I was trained in classical French at the Culinary Institute of America, I was the sous chef at a traditional Italian restaurant that is currently awarded one Michelin star, I’ve dabbled in Japanese, Cantonese, Nordic, southern barbecue, vegetarian, etc. I’ve been a private chef on and off for a few years now and am currently the private chef for a single family in Tampa Bay but I plan on moving to nyc by the first week of June 2025
