About
My experiences from different jobs such as customer contact manager,
housekeeper, waitress, kitchen assistant and deputy store manager, togheter
with my passion for the sea have brought me to the yachting industry. To be
responsible for the contact with customers at a bed and breakfast has taught
me to listen to each customer and their unique needs. Because it was a small
B&B with few employees I also did the cleaning, made the beds, did the
laundry and made breakfast. The B&B also had a restaurant where I both
served the guests and helped the chef in the kitchen. We also organized
weddings, concerts and other events whereupon I helped with, among other
things, setting the table and serving champagne. Not only have I worked hard
the past few years, I have also followed my dream to travel the world. My
longest trip was last year when I was away for six months and went to New
Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and
Thailand. I love to see new places and to meet people from different countries
so I see the cultural exchange in the yachting industry as a great advantage. I
am looking forward to a new adventure and I am sure that my experiences will
be meaningful to you. My family has had a motorboat since I was little and I
have sailed with my cousins a lot of times so I am used to being on a boat. I am
seeking a position on a private or charter yacht this spring/summer season
but I am also open for a permanent job.
