I recently completed the 12-week certificate course at Ballymaloe Cookery School, and I am now gaining hands-on restaurant experience through stages at Café Cecilia, Rogues, Spring, Morchella, Perilla, and Brunswick House. Before becoming a chef full-time, I hosted supper clubs, catered various events, and worked on recipe development alongside my corporate job. My love of cooking runs deep and started early. I have always enjoyed cooking and styling food, often bringing together flowers and tablescapes to create warm, celebratory settings for friends and family.
