+I have worked in different places around the world to extend and strengthen my gastronomic background and refine my pallet and techniques.
I have dedicated my life to my art, From High End restaurants in Barcelona, Spain, where I Became Executive Chef of a Gastropub Leading High Class food in a bar setting, Trained and coached staff on new dishes and techniques
this attracted the attention of an investor that had a prime location in Barcelona’s Beach Boardwalk. I became Their Culinary consultant, opening the restaurant from scratch, Menu, kitchen design, recipes, SOPs Training staff, Managers.
The same investor brought me To lead a Chef training program in a Hospitality University in Thailand for 2 years.
After I got to be the Executive Chef and advisor in an International Australian School in Vietnam, to more recently being the Executive Chef at A Private school in Miami Beach with a primary focus on Nutrition and whole foods from scratch.
Also working Privately with HNWIs at their homes.
I have always learned, and have given my best efforts to my employers with enthusiasm and devotion to my work.
I love what i Do and making people happy and healthy through food is my life goal. I am personable and discreet, and understand the dynamics of working in a busy home.
