Good Afternoon
My wife, Charlotte and I, have just completed 16 years working for a UHNW New York based very private family in their Lyford Cay, Bahamas summer estate. As ex large sailing yacht Captain and Chief Stewardess/Nurse we have extensive knowledge of the requirements this position demands.
The estate, on a Caribbean peninsula point, entailed 4 houses, with boats, cars, water makers and generators etc. We oversaw apx 120 private guests per year, with an international staff complement that varied between 13 and 16.
We, in turn, thrive in an environment where discretion, commitment and clear communication is required.
