With significant experience in hospitality management and private household operations, I have the confidence to accept any challenge. In my six years working for private households, I have brought change and different perspectives to various roles. I have worked in every segment and sector of the hospitality industry, from events management to fine and casual dining, corporate to retail, and hotel. This diverse experience has given me the resources and knowledge to implement necessary changes to achieve a more dynamic, fluid, and efficient work structure within the household team.
During my previous role as a House Manager/Butler, my proactive approach to managing housekeeping duties ensured seamless transitions during functions and special events, maintaining adequate supplies for continuous service without interruption. Additionally, my strong focus on guest satisfaction allowed me to learn their food and beverage preferences, habits, expectations, as well as daily routines. This enabled me to anticipate their wishes, desires, and demands, even before they were requested.
Recently, as a Personal Manager, I oversaw property maintenance and management across multiple locations, including Dublin, Kuala Lumpur, and Tbilisi. I prioritised property setup according to established standards before departure and efficiently managed wardrobe inventory across all properties.
