A chef of 25 years with experience. Trained in the classical French techniques. In touch with modern trends and fashions and still learning. Many years working for a vegan Middle Eastern principal. All dietary requirements met. Fully up to speed with current legislation with certificates in food hygiene, health and safety. All current food allergen awareness training. Fully licences and insured.
Surrey based GU21 preferably local but for the right job will commute.
