I am an accomplished service individual with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and food and beverage in a variety of settings including fine dining, upscale high-volume restaurants, catered events, and cruise ship service. I have served intimate dinners for two, and worked large events of 1500 guests. I have extensive experience in restaurants as a manager, captain, and bartender.
In my former butler role I perform a daily walk-through of the 27,000 square foot estate checking for cleanliness and order, monitor the house security, serve all meals-including silver service and gueridon service, bartend, receive guests, act as chauffeur and in-house concierge, assist with wardrobe and packing, create table settings and adornments, floral arrangements and care of house plants, detailing of vehicles, pet care, cooking, handyman services, detailed cleaning of outdoor dining and seating areas, walkways and pool furniture, purchasing and inventories, and oversight of vendors and contractors. I am also well versed in the handling, presentation, and serving of fine wines.
People know me for my pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to work well with other staff members. I am very presentable and polished, with impeccable manners and broad knowledge of etiquette, and have a gift for being in the right place at the right time, always anticipating my principal's needs. With my varied skills and ability to understand the full scope of estate hospitality and care, I feel that I am a superior candidate. I am unencumbered and can relocate quickly.
