With over four years of experience in the yachting industry and a background in the oil and gas sector, I have developed a strong technical foundation in preventive and corrective maintenance, power management, fuel bunkering, general troubleshooting, among other qualities.
My most recent role as Rotational 2nd Engineer on board a 60m Benetti allowed me to refine my skills in AV/IT, IDEA, and electrical diagnostics while ensuring the smooth operation of all onboard systems. Additionally, my hands-on experience with CAT, MTU, and other major engine systems has equipped me with the expertise necessary to uphold engineering standards.
I’ve been giving some thought recently to life beyond the superyacht industry. I’m now seriously considering making the move ashore and would love to explore how my experience and skills can transfer into estate or household roles. I’m particularly interested in understanding how I can adapt to this new lifestyle and continue to thrive professionally.
