Hello! My name is lilly , and I bring over 10 years of hands-on childcare experience to the families I work with. My background includes a wide range of roles, from nannying for families of all sizes and ages, to working in a daycare’s infant room, serving as a Pre-K teacher, and supporting young learners as a 4th grade teacher’s assistant in a public school setting.
I pride myself on strong communication skills, the ability to create both educational and fun activities, and a calm yet confident approach to behavior and time management. I believe in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel supported, understood,heard and inspired to grow.
In addition to my childcare work, I’m currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice and Law at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. My academic path has strengthened my sense of responsibility, structure, and ethics—qualities that I bring into my work with children every day.
