I am writing to outline my extensive experience and successful track record in the Security industry, as well as the Military in application for any Security positions you may have, either now or in the near future. I believe I possess the skills, qualifications and experience necessary to make a significant contribution to your organisation in future projects.

My most recent role has been as a member of the CP/RST team for a recent visit to the UK by the Sultan of Brunei and his immediate family on one of their many visits to London.

Previous to this I had been working as a Security Safeguarding and Integration TL in the maritime & security industry, on a unique and challenging Government Home Office project, and this came to a close late 2024.

As a previous Deputy TL I was responsible for the management of my team and the operation on board the vessel during my rotation, conducting a handover/takeover brief to the oncoming team so everyone has the most current information of the days events, as well as other daily responsibilities conducting patrols, organising team rotations, conducting investigations, responding to any incidents, implementing safety protocols, and collating where necessary incident reports which may need back briefing to local police, the security teams on board are responsible for the welfare and safeguarding of over 400 personnel on board, carrying out welfare checks, patrols and signposting residents to relevant agencies when identified, such as Mental Health services.

As you will see from my CV, I have an extensive military career, undertaking operational tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as leading teams on exercises and throughout training in the UK. Most recently, I have been providing comprehensive training for teams, ensuring skill sets are improved to facilitate improvements throughout ranks in the Army.

I am now looking for a new and challenging role within the security industry as I believe this is a logical career for an individual with my leadership abilities and military experience. I am committed to my personal and professional development and as such, have undertaken the SIA level 3 Close Protection certification, as well as additional training in the relevant maritime qualifications in addition to FPOS-i medical provision and team leadership
