About
I am a Brooklyn based Chef with a background in both education and Culinary Arts. I received my degree in culinary arts from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and have a wide range of experiences in the food industry working in everything from bakeries, to fine dining restaurants, to food trucks, to private cheffing. Most recently I worked in a management position as a Sous Chef in a busy Brooklyn restaurant. I love working in the private sector where I can make food that is personal and tailored to the client's specific tastes and preferences. I love cooking what is in season, coming up with creative ideas, and making beautiful/colorful meals!
