About
My culinary approach utilizes predominantly real, whole foods and the best quality ingredients available. I am comfortable and skillful at vegan cooking as well as in the preparation of animal products and I have a passion for many different cuisines. My specialty is extracting delicious flavors from whole foods in order to accommodate any potential dietary restrictions or health goals, with a particular sub-specialty in gluten-free and dairy-free preparations.
I am a graduate of the Health Supportive Culinary Arts program at the Institute for Culinary Education (ICE), 2020, where I was awarded Top Student of my class, as well as a graduate of the Health Coach Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), with an Advanced Certificate in Gut Health, and a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC).
