I have been working initially in F&B department, lately in Hotel Management for a total of 17 years. I handle a large team of members including stewards, storeroom workers, and kitchen staff. I ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and the guests have a pleasant experience. I have experience as Purser & Crew Manager, dedicating on administrative tasks oriented on crew life with maintaining certification updates, visas, flights schedules and providing payroll support , more over responsible for all custom clearances and sign in/off for the crew . With a strong background in effective communication and teamwork, I am confident in my ability to excel in this key role. As a seasoned professional with a keen attention to detail, I am well equipped to manage the full range of tasks for this position . In my previous role, I have consistently demonstrated my proficiency in using Excel data entry and analysis, with a well knowledge with software like Fidelio and Otalio, documentation and certifications . I have also developed the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, ensuring the smooth operation of all department.
My passion for hospitality and hotel management is what led me to pursue this line of work. I believe that my skills and
expertise align well with the requirements for this role.
