As a former concours de chef Antigua winner and writer for the Triton magazines ‘top shelf’ article I am seeking to return to the dual season circuit after spending five years based in the USA working seasonal & consultancy positions. I am clean, organized, and excellent at provisioning. I produce beautiful and creative plated and buffet foods with a varied and exciting menu. I have a friendly personality and easily get along with crew, I also enjoy cooking healthy Ottolenghi style food for the crew. I have recent experience working in the USA charter field and cruising areas and understand the American style cuisine. Prior to my period in the USA, I had an extensive Med based charter period working on 50m charter yachts. I am formally trained in rosette restaurant background and available immediately.
