I am an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and communication. My passion for luxury services, high standards and excellent customer service, combined with my high attention to detail, and experience of working in a fast paced environment, make me an ideal candidate for work as a Butler.
I have four years of experience in the hospitality sector in which I worked as a Barista in four establishments, and as a receptionist in two leisure centres. I also have six years of experience in delivering first class services to the public in the public sector, including as a Police Detective, Police Officer, and Legal Compliance Specialist. I therefore have excellent skills in using discretion and in being trustworthy.
Alongside my current role as a legal compliance inspector, I am in a secretariat role for a director within The Pensions Regulator. I prepare agendas, meetings, actions, and record and circulate meeting minutes. I therefore have excellent organisation and time keeping skills.
I am a BA Geography graduate with a unique blend of professional experience in compliance, hospitality, and public service, coupled with a deep passion for luxury travel and exceptional customer service,.
I have travelled to over 40 countries and I am excellent with logistics. In my current role I arrange and attend meetings in all four countries of the United Kingdom, and I organise the logistics including transport, food, and hotels. I also speak, read and write in Arabic after studying the language in Jordan.
I am an excellent driver, both in the UK and abroad.
