Overview
A loving family in SoHo, NYC is expecting their third child in July! The family is looking to hire a newborn care specialist to start in July and work for a minimum of three months through the sleep training stages. The position would be working six days per week, twenty hours per day (the NCS would receive one full day off per week). This would be a live-in role out of their apartment in SoHo. The family is looking to have someone set-up immediately.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of infant care including, but not limited to, sleep, feeding, and routine management
- Enrichment in age-appropriate activities that foster physical, social, and emotional growth both in and out of the home
- Light housekeeping related to the child, which will include keeping her spaces organized, clean, and tidy
- Managing her laundry, and sanitizing any toys or bottles/feeding items
- Communicating with the parents about milestones, activities, temperament, and needs and collaborating with them on her care.
- Travel domestically to the Hamptons and possible international trip to France during the Summer months
Requirements
- Legal to work in the US
- Passport Ready and comfortable to travel both domestic and international
- Prior sleep training experience
- NCS Certified
Salary and Benefits
The family is open on a day rate depending on prior experience.
