Overview
A HNW client in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a highly qualified, full-time lifestyle and personal assistant to oversee the daily operations of their sophisticated, fast-paced residence. Their household includes 3 young children, cherished pets (2 x dogs), a full team of household staff, and private security personnel. They also collaborate closely with their dedicated IT support and Titan Security for both personal and property protection.
This is a full-time position that will generally require the candidate to be available Monday through Saturday (not necessarily tangibly/on the ground, but responsive), though candiates should have a 24/7 mentality. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead a new role.
Responsibilities
- Help improve the quality of the client's lifestyle in a broad sense
- Assist with diet, gym and personal wardrobe
- Ironing, running errands, assisting at photo shoots
- Coordinating schedules, appointments etc.
- Food prep, if required (or appropriate nutritional direction)

- Candidates should have extensive experience, unwavering discretion, and a commitment to excellence
- Candidates should take pride in serving a household to the highest standard
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and grace
- This role demands a person who can anticipate needs, implement structure, and ensure that every aspect of the client's life runs seamlessly
- Spanish language skills are a huge plus
Requirements
- US passport, Green Card or EAC
- Clean and current driving record
- Proven, verifiable experience in a similar role
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- This is a smoking residence, so candidates must be comfortable with this
- Candidates must be comfortable traveling with the client both domestically and internationally
Salary and Benefits
- $120,000 to $150,000 per year plus all industry standard benefits
