Overview
A lovely family in Miami is looking for a long-term, full-time, live-out, head housekeeper. The role starts as soon as possible. Relocation is not being offered. Local candidates only. This role will work alongside an existing staff including a chef and assistant. The general schedule will be six days per week, 8am-5pm with flexibility to stay later to help with occasional dinners or parties (rare).
Responsibilities
- All aspects of housekeeping for the home. There are additional housekeepers in the home
- Deep cleaning on a schedule
- Laundry for the family and wardrobe management. Must have experience with high-end clothing and fabrics
- Daily tidying and organization- maintain current organizational systems and establish new ones as needed
- Working together with other staff as needed including assisting chef with meal prep if needed
- Running errands as needed
Qualifications
- Experience and training in cleaning high-end fixtures, furniture, and clothing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and know how to maneuver around a busy home
- Dedicated, loyal, and trustworthy
- Team player and proactive
- Calm energy
Requirements
- 8+ years of housekeeping experience in private homes
- US work authorization
- Child friendly; there are young children in the home though no childcare will be needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Salary and Benefits
$40+ per hour depending on experience
