Overview and Opportunity
Achieve Hospitality is assisting a private Family Office in Dubai with the recruitment of a highly capable Family Office Associate. This is a pivotal role supporting a UHNW couple, ensuring smooth operations across HR, IT, Finance, and lifestyle-related functions.
The role is ideal for a disciplined, proactive professional with experience in both corporate and private household environments. The successful candidate will work independently, add value across multiple functions, and maintain discretion, efficiency, and high standards at all times.
Job Description
- Deliver comprehensive operational support across HR, IT, and Finance functions
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, reporting, and internal processes
- Conduct research and analysis, presenting clear recommendations for operational improvement
- Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement
- Support budgeting, payroll, and expense tracking
- Create, maintain, and improve internal policies, procedures, and guidance documents
- Coordinate personal or lifestyle-related projects for the Principals as required
- Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
Private Household / Family Office Environment:
- Single private office supporting a professional UHNW couple
- Small but highly professional team
- Long-term, stable, and high-responsibility role
- Combination of corporate operational management and household lifestyle oversight
Role Responsibilities
- Independently manage HR, IT, and Finance operational tasks
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and maintain accurate operational records
- Own and improve internal processes, policies, and procedures
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to support strategic decisions
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and contracts
- Provide day-to-day support to the CFO and Principals
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value across operations
- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, on time, and with discretion
Candidate Requirements Essential
- Recognised university-level or professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience across HR, IT, and Finance operational roles
- At least 5 years in a private Family Office supporting UHNW principals
- Experience in both corporate and private environments
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, MTD, and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
- English mother-tongue
- Settled in Dubai for at least 5 years with a UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Demonstrated longevity and reliability in previous roles
