Achieve Hospitality are partnering with a privately owned hospitality company based in Newcastle upon Tyne who operates a large portfolio of hotels, bars, and restaurants across the UK. They focus on acquiring, developing, and managing leisure properties, often partnering with major international hotel brands. The business employs thousands of staff and offers facilities such as conference venues, restaurants, and leisure amenities. Its growth has been driven by property investment and refurbishment, with an emphasis on customer service, sustainability, and supporting local communities.
They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with operational leaders across the region to influence and deliver people strategies that impact engagement, performance, retention, and culture. Your work will ensure that our teams are empowered, inspired, and aligned to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
