Domestic Couple - Italy
Marcilly Recruitment’s UHNW client is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Domestic Couple to join the team of a beautiful private estate in a stunning Italian location, working for a private family.
The estate is entering a new phase with plans to be launched as a high-end exclusive rental therefore prior experience in private households, luxury villas or boutique hotel/hospitality settings is highly desirable.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: 4-5 Euros Net pm DOE
Accommodation: On-site private apartment and car provided with utilities included
The couple must have the right to work in Italy either by having a EU passport or work permit. The successful domestic couple do not need to be fluent Italian speakers, but a good working knowledge of Italian is a big plus. English and/or Russian are also highly desirable.
Duties will include:
• Housekeeping and full laundry care with experience with a range of fabrics
• Chauffeur duties and upkeep of vehicles- up to date driving licence required as well as previous experience driving in Italy
• Day to day household maintenance and daily upkeep of outdoor areas
• Pool maintenance and cleaning
• Food and beverage service duties
• Wardrobe management
• Responsible for household budgets and expenses, keeping strict records.
• Food and household shopping
• Stock management and keeping on top of household supplies
• Teamwork with the principal’s other staff e.g.: chefs, PAs etc.
