Overview
A warm and welcoming Palm Beach family is seeking a reliable and engaging nanny to support their two school-aged children and help maintain consistency in their daily routine. The family is looking for a candidate who can bring stability, structure, and positive energy to the home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with active children, brings a “big sister” energy to the role, and is comfortable taking initiative while maintaining clear communication with the parent.
The children are ages 4 and 7, and the family is seeking someone who can provide attentive care, assist with after-school and weekend routines, and support the children’s activities and development. Summer willingness to travel to the Hamptons and Europe is considered a plus, however travel is not required. Candidates who choose not to travel should note that hours not worked during summer travel periods will not be paid.
The position offers multiple scheduling structures to accommodate different candidate availability. Candidates should review the options below and specify which schedule they are applying for.
Option A – Weekday Part-Time Nanny
Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 4:00pm – 9:30pm
Estimated weekly hours: Approximately 27–30 hours
In this schedule structure, a rotating nanny will cover Sunday and Monday shifts, allowing the nanny to maintain a consistent Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
Option B – Weekend / Weekday Part-Time Nanny
Sunday, approximately 12:00pm – 9:30pm
Monday, approximately 4:00pm – 9:30pm
Estimated weekly hours: Approximately 14–15 hours
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time coverage hours.
Option C – Primary Full-Time Nanny
Wednesday through Friday, approximately 4:00pm – 9:30pm
Plus, weekend coverage:
Saturday, approximately 12:00pm – 11:00pm
Sunday, approximately 11:30am – 9:30pm
Estimated weekly hours: Approximately 37–38 hours
Candidates applying for this option should be comfortable working a consistent weekend schedule. This position is ideal for someone seeking a stable full-time role with a mix of weekday and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities
- Providing attentive care for two children
- Supporting after-school and weekend routines
- Driving children to activities and appointments (nanny vehicle provided)
- Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
- Supporting homework and structured evening routines
- Preparing simple meals or coordinating dinner when needed, mainly Saturdays
- Keeping children’s areas tidy and organized
- Assisting with light child-related household tasks
- Supporting healthy routines and positive behavior guidance
Qualifications
- Friendly, engaging, and energetic personality

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years verifiable childcare experience
- Valid driver’s license and confident driver
- First Aid and CPR Certified
- Comfortable transporting children
- Fluent English speaking
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Able to work independently while maintaining communication with the parent
Salary and Benefits
