Overview
A sweet family of five is seeking a part-time housekeeper to help care for their home on the Upper East Side. The schedule for this role is flexible- the family is seeking approximately 20 hours per week on 2-3 non-consecutive days. They are open to three shorter days or two longer days, depending on the availability and interest of the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- All upkeep of a 4-bedroom apartment
- Deep cleaning
- Organization and tidying- creating and maintaining systems throughout the home
- Laundry
- Occasional assistance with admitting vendors and maintenance personnel
Qualifications
- Kind, with a pleasant disposition
- Competent self starter
- Able to follow directions and maintain established organization systems
- Excellent communicator
- Comfortable working in a busy home with children
Requirements
- US work authorization
- Comfortable working around children
- Excellent, verifiable references
