SUMMARY:
Provide highly confidential, proactive household and personal support to an ultra high net worth family. Responsible for overall management of the residence(s), household systems and vendors, administrative and secretarial tasks, logistics and coordination with the family office and other professionals.
DUTIES:
- Overall responsibility for the home, contents, systems and organization
- Coordination of groceries and household supplies
- Assume ongoing daily responsibility for organization, planning and evaluation of activities at the home and vehicles including but not limited to handyman services, landscape services and various other home or auto service providers,
- Project coordination for the home for remodeling or systemic or mechanical improvements
- Maintaining appropriate records, ordering supplies, following up on things that are needed at different times of the year including preventative maintenance.
- Schedule preventative maintenance, pest control, cleaning services, and other necessary services for the home and vehicles.
- Maintain a security system.
- Assist with inventory tracking of art and furniture, and processing invoices for payment through coordination with family office of Employer
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support
- Maintain records within filing and information systems
- Provide necessary updates and information required for insurance
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the Employer
- Interface with Family Office and other professionals as requested by the Employer
- Assist with event planning as requested
- Assist with coordinating pet care
- Assist with other reasonable errand requests of the Employer
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND CHARACTER REQUIRMENTS:
- Discretion and Confidentiality of family affairs
- Minimum of 5 years in property management, or similar role
- High level of self-management expected
- Proficiency with household technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills
- Detail oriented and self-directed. Willing to be hands on and assist when necessary.
- Courteous, discreet, honest, and responsible character.
- Occasional house-sitting or pet-sitting if Employer is out of town
- Arrive well groomed and appropriately dressed for the position
HOURS OF SERVICE:
- On duty for 5 days per week on a flexible schedule to be worked out in advance and on call 24 / 7 for emergencies, some weekends to be determined between Employee and Employer.
OTHER:
- The hiring process will include a criminal and financial background check and confidentiality agreement.
- Employer prefers green or environmentally friendly services and products when at all possible.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
