- Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Flexible rota system (working alongside two other nannies)

A warm and dynamic international family based in Cyprus is seeking a Russian-speaking Nanny/Tutor with an EU passport to join their fully staffed household. The family has 3 school-aged children aged 4, 7, and 9.

Job Description
The Nanny/Tutor will play a key role in supporting the children’s daily routines, with a strong focus on education and structured activities. The position involves a mix of childcare, tutoring, and assisting with the children’s overall development.
You will be responsible for helping the children with homework, particularly in English, while also supporting their Russian language skills. The role includes creating engaging educational activities and fostering a balanced routine of learning and play.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of balancing fun with structured learning. Occasional assistance with light duties, such as simple cooking, may also be required.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for the children
- Support and supervise homework, with a focus on English language development
- Encourage and maintain Russian language communication
- Organise educational and creative activities tailored to each child’s age
- Travel with the family as required
- Work collaboratively with the other nanny in a rota system
- Maintain routines and ensure a structured, positive environment
- Occasionally, prepare simple meals for the children when needed
- Promote good manners, independence, and social development
Candidate Requirements
- Russian-speaking (native or fluent)
- EU passport or legal right to work within the EU
- Background in teaching & education preferred
- Strong English language skills
- Experience working with multiple children of varying ages
- Engaging and proactive personality
- Ability to balance fun, creativity, and discipline
- Flexible and team-oriented mindset (rota experience is a plus)
- A valid driving licence is a bonus
