Overview
We are seeking a professional, experienced Housekeeper to join the team of six in a prestigious private residence in Kensington. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining the highest housekeeping standards and demonstrate flexibility to support the smooth running of this VIP household. In this role, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and support in the management of the housekeeping team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to the principals and their guests at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team and follow direction from the Head/Lead Housekeeper.
- Maintain immaculate standards throughout all rooms and communal areas of the property.
- Care for bedroom suites, including bed changing, linen replenishment, and organisation.
- Manage wardrobes and luxury garments, shoes, and accessories to impeccable standards.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including packing and unpacking for trips.
- Oversee household stock control and support laundry duties, including garment care and dry-cleaning coordination.
- Handle ad hoc requests, work comfortably around children and dogs, and travel with the principals when required.

- Proven housekeeping experience within a high-end private household.
- Strong team player with the confidence to delegate tasks when required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
