Job Description
This is a rota position working within an established team of nannies and household staff. You will be responsible for all nursery duties and child-related tasks during your rotation, ensuring the highest level of care for the twins.
The role includes frequent international travel, so flexibility, excellent organisation, and confidence caring for babies in different environments are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for twin babies
- Manage feeding routines, including bottle feeding, sleep schedules, and day-to-day care
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate sensory and play activities
- Maintain nursery standards, including organisation, laundry, and nursery supplies
- Travel internationally with the family and manage all baby-related travel logistics
- Work collaboratively with the wider childcare team to ensure consistency and smooth handovers
- Monitor development and provide regular updates to parents
- Create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment for the twins
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent Spanish or Hebrew speaker (essential)
- Good level of English for communication with parents and household staff
- Minimum 3 years’ professional nanny experience with strong infant experience
- Previous rota nanny experience is highly desirable
- Experience caring for twins preferred
- Childcare qualifications advantageous
- Confident in managing infant routines, feeding, and sleep
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel
- Flexible, discreet, and highly organised
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Positive, calm, and proactive approach
