Head Nanny - Abu Dhabi
THE HOUSEHOLD
A warm and well-established family based in Abu Dhabi, with four young children ranging from newborn to eight years old. A professional nanny team is already in place, and this appointment marks a considered transition of senior leadership within it.
THE ROLE
— Lead and manage the existing nanny team with clarity, structure and confidence
— Provide direct, hands-on care for all four children — this is not a supervisory position at a remove
— Own and maintain schedules for both the children and the wider team
— Support each child's development through age-appropriate educational and recreational engagement
— Monitor the well-being of all children and ensure consistent standards of care across the team
— Travel internationally with the family to the UK, Europe and the United States
Hours: 12 hours per day, six days per week
Accommodation: Live out - candidate to arrange own accommodation
Salary: A package reflective of experience and calibre

THE CANDIDATE
— An experienced senior nanny with a proven record in both hands-on childcare and team leadership
— Equally comfortable leading a team and getting on the floor with a newborn
— Calm, structured and proactive — someone who brings order without rigidity
— A confident communicator who earns trust naturally, with both families and colleagues
— A strong passport holder eligible to travel freely to the UK, Europe and the USA
— A current, clean driving licence
— Energised by a busy household and the responsibility that comes with it
