A private seasonal residence in the Dubrovnik area is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Housekeeper for the summer season.
This is a live-in position within a professional household environment requiring consistently high standards of housekeeping and, in particular, expert-level garment care. The role is best suited to candidates who take pride in precision, presentation, and maintaining luxury textiles to an exceptional standard.

Job Description
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the property to the highest standard throughout the season, with a strong focus on laundry care, ironing, and wardrobe maintenance.
This is a hands-on role requiring excellent technical knowledge of fabrics, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a consistently immaculate home environment. The successful candidate must be confident working independently and maintaining daily housekeeping routines to a luxury standard.
Role Responsibilities
- Daily housekeeping and cleaning of all rooms to a high standard
- Expert laundering, ironing, and pressing of clothing and linens
- Care of delicate fabrics and luxury garments
- Wardrobe organisation and textile maintenance
- Deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
- Carpet cleaning and maintenance as required
- Bed making and linen changes
- Maintaining hygiene and presentation standards throughout the property
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting replenishment needs
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in private households or luxury hospitality environments
- Exceptional laundry, ironing, and garment care skills (essential)
- Strong understanding of fabric care and wardrobe maintenance
- Attention to detail and consistently excellent standards
- Fluent English required
- Discreet, reliable, and professional
- Able to work independently and manage daily routines
- Previous live-in experience is highly desirable
