We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and organised PA / House Manager ( All rounder ) to support a private family across two residences, the main family property is based in Aylesbury with a primary focus on their newly renovated property in Wigginton, The role will involve looking after a portfolio of four properties. There is a housekeeping team and support staff in place, so you'll be working as part of a close-knit team to keep everything running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines private PA duties with household and property management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of properties.
Duties Outlined not limited to :
House Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of properties.
- Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff and other household employees.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property improvement projects snagging list on new properties
- Ensure the homes are maintained to a high standard at all times.
- Assist with the management of rental properties, Air bnb, including coordinating bookings, maintenance, and guest requirements where applicable.
Private PA Support
- Diary and calendar management.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and family schedules.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries - if required
- Provide general day-to-day administrative support.
General Responsibilities
- Anticipate the family's needs and proactively solve problems.
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Support the family with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Private PA, House Manager, Estate Manager, or in a similar private household role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, and household staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and diary management systems.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to travel between properties.
