Achieve Hospitality is delighted to present an exciting opportunity on behalf of our client, a newly established private household in Dubai.
Our client is seeking experienced Housekeepers to join a small, dedicated household team, with two positions anticipated once the final property size is confirmed. The household is ideally looking for one live-in Housekeeper who will provide consistent daily support within the residence, with the possibility of a second Housekeeper joining on a live-out basis.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a private residence from the beginning and help establish exceptional standards of service, care, and presentation.
We are seeking candidates who are warm, organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with proven experience working in fully staffed private homes. Long tenure in previous households is strongly preferred.
Job Description
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the residence to impeccable standards, ensuring the home is beautifully presented at all times. The role requires excellent attention to detail and experience caring for luxury interiors, quality furnishings, and high-end garments.
Wardrobe management is a key responsibility, including the organisation and care of clothing, delicate fabrics, and formal wear. Candidates should be confident preparing rooms to the highest standards and supporting the household during family visits and entertaining.
Ideally, one of the two Housekeepers will have cooking experience and be able to support the chef with preparation and kitchen duties when required.
This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a professional household team.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain the residence to exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Carry out daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, and laundry duties.
- Manage wardrobes, including organisation, ironing, steaming, and care of delicate garments.
- Handle luxury furniture, furnishings, and household items with care and attention.
- Prepare bedrooms, guest areas, and living spaces to a five-star standard.
- Support with room preparation and service when the family is entertaining.
- Maintain household supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist the household chef with food preparation when required (ideally one position).
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper within a fully staffed private household.
- Excellent housekeeping skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong wardrobe management experience, including luxury clothing and delicate garments.
- Experience caring for high-quality furniture, interiors, and furnishings.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with a strong service mindset.
- Warm, personable, and comfortable working within a small household team.
- Flexible, proactive, and hands-on in approach.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Hindi language skills would be advantageous.
- Cooking experience is desirable for one position.
- Long tenure in previous private household roles is highly preferred.
