Position for August 2026
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and trustworthy Marine Manager to support a high-net-worth family for the August 2026, in Paxos, Greece.
This hands-on role combines the management, operation and maintenance of the family's boats and supervision of water-based activities for four children aged 10–13. The successful candidate will ensure the boats, and family activities are run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Duties:
- Safely operate and maintain the family's boats.
- Organise and supervise boating, swimming, and other water-based activities.
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of four children during all marine activities.
- Monitor weather and sea conditions and maintain all boating safety equipment.
- Provide general logistical support and assist with family requirements as needed.
- Maintain complete discretion and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a private estate, luxury property, yacht, or similar environment.
- Experienced and confident motorboat operator with a valid boating licence recognised in Greece.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Full driving licence.
- Strong organisational skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Enjoys working with children and has a strong focus on safety.
