A lovely family in Chelford is seeking an experienced, reliable and proactive Part-Time Live-Out Nanny/Housekeeper to join their household from September 2026.
The family consists of two adults and two children aged 3 and 5 years. They are looking for someone who can combine childcare with housekeeping duties and become a valued, trusted member of the household.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixture of childcare and household duties, including:
- Caring for the children aged 3 and 5 years
- School/nursery pick-ups
- Preparing and cooking meals for the children
- Managing bedtime and early evening routines
- General household cleaning and tidying
- Laundry and washing
- Ironing
- Keeping the children's areas organised
- Supporting the smooth running of the household
The ideal candidate will be warm, nurturing and confident with young children, whilst also being organised and happy to take responsibility for housekeeping tasks.
PAYE or self-employed arrangement considered. Requirements
- Previous professional nanny/housekeeping experience
- Experience caring for young children
- Full driving licence and own car
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Confident preparing simple, healthy meals for children
- Flexible, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine love of working with children
