THE ROLE
A live-in position for a skilled housekeeper who is also an accomplished cook. The successful candidate will take complete ownership of the home and its kitchen, working independently and anticipating needs without direction.
— Maintain the residence to an impeccable standard, including cleaning, laundry, linen and wardrobe care
— Plan and prepare daily meals across Mediterranean, Arabic and European cuisines
— Manage the kitchen, pantry and household supplies, including shopping and stock control
— Prepare and host dinners and gatherings with polish and composure
— Maintain a calm, orderly and discreet household environment
— Anticipate the principal's preferences and routines with minimal instruction
