Overview
A seasoned newborn care specialist is sought for first-time parents in Fort Worth, TX, starting June 10. The schedule will be either 24/7 with a 4-hour break each day, or 24/6 with no daily breaks and 1 full-day off each week, as the candidate prefers. The family will commit to either a 3 or 6-month term, depending on the candidate’s preference. From there the family will be looking for 2 ROTA nannies so there is an opportunity to transition into this role for those candidates who are interested. This is a discreet but relaxed, fully-staffed household. There will be frequent domestic and international travel. Candidates will be required to sign an NDA. The family are looking to fill this role ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
- Implementing an effective sleep routine that the parents can follow once the term ends
- Providing gentle professional guidance, while being receptive to the parents’ preferences
- Providing general support and assistance, wherever possible
Qualifications
- US passport, Green Card or EAC
- Up to date on Flu/RSV/Tdap and MMR vaccinations
- Available to commit to the full contract term
Requirements
- Must be seasoned professionals (preferably with ample (U)HNW experience)
- Must have a calm, kind demeanor and the ability to ‘read the room’
- Must be able to gently guide the parents while respecting their opinions/ preferences
- Must be CPR certified
- Must be passport ready and able to travel domestically and internationally, including Canada and the EU
