Overview
First time parents living in Murray Hill are searching for a skilled newborn care specialist to help Mom during the day. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8am until 5pm. The role will last for 1-2 months and is flexible.
Responsibilities
- Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
- Implementing an effective sleep routine that the parents can follow once the term ends
- Providing practical tools to enable the parents to keep baby on schedule during the day, thus setting baby up for success at night
- Helping around the house with laundry and everything pertaining to the baby, such as cleaning bottles and pump parts etc.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years' verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist
- Must have experience establishing a healthy schedule for the baby
- Must understand feeding patterns, sleep patterns etc.
Requirements
- Able to commute to the Midtown East
- Available to start on or around next week
- Be calm, gentle, and seasoned/confident
Salary and Benefits
- Starts at $40 per hour and is open
