Role: Front of House Supervisor

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to inspire and support a welcoming, guest-focused team. In this role, you will lead from the front, setting the tone for gracious, attentive service and ensuring every guest moment feels personal, thoughtful, and memorable. You will oversee evening Front of House operations, guiding and motivating your team while working closely with Housekeeping and Culinary colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role that will see you working across two nearby locations on Loch Ness, offering variety, purpose, and meaningful guest connection every day.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate the Front of House team to deliver warm, attentive and professional guest service.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across all guest touchpoints.
- Act as a welcoming host, building rapport with guests and ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and Culinary teams to coordinate and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain consistently high standards of service and presentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, guest satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
- Support a flexible and adaptable team environment, stepping into operational duties where required.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
- Warm, approachable and confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with pride in delivering consistently high standards.
- A collaborative team player, willing to support across different areas of operations when required.
