Role: Personal Assistant to Private Individual
Salary: CHF 70’000 – 90’000 per annum
Location: Geneva metropolitan area, Switzerland
Working Schedule: 45 hours per week, 5 days (9 hours/day)

Job Description
We are looking for a professional and highly experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive organisational, administrative, and lifestyle support to a private individual. This role demands discretion, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner in ensuring the smooth operation of the client’s personal and household affairs.
Candidate Requirements:
● At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role in a UHNWI environment
● Fluent in English and French, Russian would be beneficial
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
● Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
● Flexible and responsive, willing to work evenings, weekends, and at short notice
● Basic financial skills, including expense tracking and coordinating payments
● Professional appearance and excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Comfortable working within a multi-generational household
● Well-connected and skilled in managing networks and coordinating events for friends and family
● Proficient in digital tools, including smartphones, calendars, document management, and smart home technologies
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable in completing both major and minor tasks
● Knowledgeable about luxury brands, fashion, and current lifestyle trends
● Able to manage wardrobe care, packing and unpacking for travel efficiently
● Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure
● Willing to support wellness and health-related activities for the client
Role Responsibilities:
● Manage the client’s daily schedule, appointments, and correspondence
● Serve as the main point of contact between the client and external/internal stakeholders
● Oversee personal errands and household-related tasks to ensure smooth operations
● Organise and manage luxury shopping, maintaining strong supplier relationships and achieving the best value
● Handle sensitive matters with complete confidentiality
● Plan and coordinate private events, gatherings, and social engagements
● Ensure timely payment to vendors, contractors, and service providers
● Assist with wardrobe management, including careful packing/unpacking for travel
● Negotiate effectively with suppliers and service providers while maintaining strong relationships
● Support the client’s health, wellness, and lifestyle activities as required
