Salary: CHF 75’000 gross per annum

Job Description
We are seeking a sophisticated, highly organised, and service-oriented Personal Shopper to support a private individual with all aspects of luxury shopping and lifestyle coordination. The ideal candidate will have a refined understanding of fashion, a strong network of premium suppliers, and the ability to anticipate needs while delivering an impeccably personalised experience. Discretion, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
Candidate Requirements
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Personal Shopper, Luxury Retail, or UHNWI support role
● Fluency in English and French
● Proven ability to work with confidential information and uphold complete discretion
● Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple requests simultaneously
● Flexible, adaptable, and available for occasional evening or weekend work
● Confidence managing budgets, tracking purchases, and coordinating payments
● Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional manner
● Strong network within luxury retail, boutiques, and premium service providers
● Proficient with digital tools, including smartphones, calendars, and online shopping platforms
● Highly detail-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering flawless service
● In-depth understanding of luxury fashion, accessories, and lifestyle trends
● Skilled in wardrobe maintenance, preparing outfits, and packing for travel
● Resilient, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented
● Willing to support the client’s well-being and lifestyle routines when needed
Role Responsibilities
● Curate personalised shopping recommendations tailored to the client’s tastes, lifestyle, and day-to-day needs
● Proactively identify exclusive items, limited editions, and unique pieces through boutiques, private sales, and specialist contacts
● Manage all aspects of purchasing, including reservations, order placement, delivery oversight, and exchange coordination
● Maintain strong relationships with luxury brands, advisors, and suppliers to secure priority access and exceptional service
● Assist with daily lifestyle coordination, ensuring the client’s preferences are met with seamless attention
● Oversee wardrobe organisation, garment care, and preparation for travel or events
● Manage communication with retailers, stylists, and service providers on behalf of the client
● Ensure timely and accurate handling of invoices, payments, and purchase records
● Support the planning of social outings, special gifts, and seasonal shopping needs
● Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction
