Yacht Operations Manager – Private Yacht / UHNW Owner

In this role, you will act as a key operational leader, ensuring seamless coordination across yacht operations, support teams, contractors, and international estates. You will drive operational excellence, maintain high standards across all programs, and bring clarity to complex initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional yacht and estate teams to deliver exceptional operational standards
- Anticipate operational needs on-board and ashore, removing obstacles before they arise
- Streamline workflows and operational processes for yacht, crew, and estate management
- Coordinate high-level owner and guest priorities, events, and itineraries
- Support budgeting, procurement, and operational spending with accuracy and accountability
- Translate owner objectives into actionable operational plans for yacht and estate teams
- Provide reporting, intelligence, and recommendations to support decision-making
- Conduct on-site yacht inspections, travel itineraries, and estate visits to ensure excellence
- Enhance onboarding and internal development programs for crew and estate staff
- Maintain detailed operational documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Balance resources and priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day continuity on yacht and ashore
- Foster a culture of discretion, professionalism, and collaboration across all teams
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, hospitality, or yacht management
- 5+ years in operations leadership, yacht management, or a similar role supporting UHNW individuals
- Exceptional communicator — articulate, professional, and adaptable
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, yacht management software, and operational workflow tools
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones, rapidly shifting priorities, and high-pressure environments
- Confident handling confidential and sensitive information discreetly
- Flexible to support owner or yacht requirements outside standard hours when needed
- Willing and able to travel internationally (approx. 10–15%) for yacht inspections, charter schedules, or estate visits
