Overview
A private American family residing in Abu Dhabi is seeking a live-out, service-minded Executive/Personal Assistant to streamline their lives. The candidate will serve as the trusted right hand to the two principals, a couple with young children. This is a high-impact role for a candidate who can manage complex schedules, different time zones, international travel, high-stakes projects, and personal, philanthropic, and household matters. Responsibilities
Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:
Personal & Household Coordination
- Support scheduling of personal and family appointments
- Organize recurring household matters, including staff schedules, wardrobe and gift tracking, and key medical or personal records
- Build systems to keep information and tasks organized across locations
- Ad Hoc tasks
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues with discretion and judgment
- Introduce tools and practices that improve productivity for both principals and their support network
Executive Support
- Manage dynamic calendars for two principals across time zones using Google Workspace
- Prepare briefs, presentations, and meeting materials; drive follow-ups and accountability
- Maintain CRM and related systems for contacts, priorities, and commitments
- Ad Hoc tasks
Travel & Logistics
- Plan and execute global travel for the principals and their family, including flights, visas, ground transport, accommodations, and itinerary changes on short notice
Projects & Properties
- Coordinate select projects such as retreats, book launches, philanthropic initiatives, and special events
- Liaise with designers, contractors, and vendors on property upgrades and ongoing
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ EA/PA experience supporting senior executives or UHNW principals
- Experience across both corporate and private household environments preferred
- Proven end-to-end project management and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Advanced professional English
- High proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, expense, and travel tools, and quick adoption of new technology
- Discreet, resourceful, and culturally adaptable with a global 24/7 mindset
- Comfortable working in both traditional office and private-residence settings
- Flawless integrity and utmost discretion.
- Self-starter able to work independently with a high level of ambiguity under minimum supervision.
- Creative and resourceful problem solver.
- Thrives in a non-traditional work setting, equally comfortable working from the principals’ home or their places of business.
- Ability to handle both executive and personal tasks
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Respectful of boundaries and self-aware
- Not a clock watcher
- Energetic and can keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Salary and Benefits
- AED 35K-55K monthly, depending on experience (up to $180k annual base salary)
