Overview
A busy, loving family of 5 in New Canaan, CT, is seeking a long-term, part-time nanny. The schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8am to 3pm. The family has three children, ages 4, 3, and 1 years old. They are looking for a warm and loving person to help run the household smoothly and bring a sense of calm, structure, and order to the home. This person should be able to travel 2 or 3 times per year and be highly attuned to children's needs and patient with three active boys. This person should be okay with a stay-at-home mom.
Responsibilities
- Be able to be energetic with the children
- Help set boundaries with positive discipline
- Engage them with activities
- Help make meals and snacks
- Laundry and tidying for the household
- Organizing engaging activities for toddlers
- Changing baby, maintaining baby schedule
- Helping to put kids down for naps
- Grocery running and other family errands
Requirements
- Driver's License
- Must be able to swim
Salary and Benefits
- $30-35/hr
- Annual performance bonus
