Overview
A highly organized and proactive temporary executive assistant is sought in Midtown Manhattan to provide comprehensive administrative support within the Capital Markets Real Estate sector. This short-term assignment runs from mid-February through August 2026 (minimum of 20 weeks) and involves supporting two Principals and a team of 8 professionals.
Candidates will shadow the current EA for ~4 weeks before assuming autonomous responsibility. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating travel, arranging client entertaining, handling confidential information, and overseeing team expense management with accuracy and attention to detail.
Once candidates are comfortable in the role, they will have the opportunity to work remotely at least 1-2 days per week, and even more frequently in the Summer months.
This opportunity is available only to candidates already based in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the 2 Principals and a team of 6.
- Manage team expense reporting and reconciliation to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Principals and team.
- Organize and support in-person meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Some personal administrative support will also be required for the Principal and their family
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with Capital Markets or Real Estate sector preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.

Salary and Benefits
- $50+ per hour and a minimum guarantee of 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 20 weeks.
